The Administrator of the African Culture Fund, Mr. Jean-Luc SONHAYE was received this October 16, 2018 by Mrs. N’DIAYE RAMATOULAYE DIALLO, Malian Minister of Culture. The Administration of the Fund is based in Mali. The Fund’s services shall span across the African continent. Members of the African diaspora may receive support, but only if the primary applicant is based in Africa.
The Fund is established as an independent, non-profit Trust so as to secure all possible benefits and fiscal advantages in the African country where it shall be founded and registered.
